          Ashwagandha Tea
  1. Take 2 tsp of dried Ashwagandha root.
  2. Immerse it in approximately 3½ cups boiling water.
  3. Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the root from the liquid.
  5. Strain to remove any remaining plant matter in the water.
  6. Consume 1/4 cup twice daily


    Ashwagandha Hot Milk

    Add a teaspoon of powdered ashwagandha in hot milk before going to bed. helps with insomnia. You could also drink it anytime to help reduce anxiety.

    Ashwagandha Tea with Milk and Cardamom


    1. Boil 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp Ashwagandha root powder, 1 tsp palm or date sugar and 1/2 cup water on low flame till the mixture reduces to 1/2 cup.
    2. Add cardamom and drink when it is luke warm.
    3. Consume twice daily.
